This Privacy Policy explains how SIGE.chat collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares personal data when you use our AI-powered chatbot, booking, inquiry support, and landing page builder platform.
1. Introduction
SIGE.chat is operated by Ten X Development Corporation ("we", "us", "our"), a corporation registered in the Philippines. SIGE.chat is designed to help small and medium enterprises, freelancers, and service-based businesses in the Philippines and around the world respond to customer inquiries, manage bookings, capture leads, and create online landing pages through AI-powered tools.
This policy applies to business owners, account users, visitors, customers or end-users who interact with a SIGE.chat chatbot or landing page, and anyone who communicates with us through our platform or support channels.
2. Our Role: Personal Information Controller and Processor
For personal data submitted by business users about their own customers or collected through a business user’s chatbot, inquiry form, booking flow, or landing page, the business user is generally responsible for determining the purpose and lawful basis of collection and use, acting as the personal information controller for that data. SIGE.chat processes such data on the business user’s behalf to provide the platform, acting as a personal information processor, subject to applicable law and the relevant service terms.
For account, billing, support, security, analytics, and platform administration data, Ten X Development Corporation may act as the personal information controller.

3. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use SIGE.chat, we may collect the following types of information:
- Account information such as name, email address, phone number, login details, and business name.
- Business profile information such as services, business hours, pricing, contact details, and page content.
- Customer inquiry and chatbot conversation data submitted through chat widgets, landing pages, or inquiry forms.
- Booking or appointment details such as requested service, preferred date and time, customer notes, and contact information.
- Landing page content uploaded, generated, edited, or submitted by users.
- Payment and billing information such as subscription plan, invoice details, transaction references, billing status, and payment confirmations.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, local storage, session data, log data, analytics events, and similar information.
- Support and communication records when you contact us through email, chat, forms, or other support channels.
4. How We Use Information
We may use personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve SIGE.chat services.
- To create, verify, and manage user accounts.
- To enable AI-powered chatbot responses, inquiry handling, and customer communication.
- To support bookings, lead capture, appointment management, and business workflows.
- To process subscriptions, payments, invoices, refunds, billing records, and payment confirmations.
- To provide customer support and respond to questions, concerns, or requests.
- To improve platform performance, reliability, analytics, user experience, and service safety.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, spam, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, audit, regulatory, and dispute-resolution requirements.
5. AI and Chatbot Data Use
SIGE.chat may process customer messages, business profile information, and inquiry details to generate chatbot responses, organize customer inquiries, assist business users, and support platform functionality.
We use chatbot and inquiry data to provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the SIGE.chat service. To improve SIGE.chat — for example, to measure quality, diagnose problems, and develop better features — we use de-identified and aggregated data that no longer identifies any individual or business.
SIGE.chat does not use customer conversation data to train foundation models, whether our own or those of third-party AI providers. Conversation data sent to our AI providers is used only to generate responses for your service and is covered by provider terms that do not permit training on that data.
6. Sensitive Personal Information
SIGE.chat is not designed for the collection of sensitive personal information. Users should not submit, request, or collect sensitive personal information through SIGE.chat unless they have a valid lawful basis, proper notice, required consent or authority, and appropriate safeguards under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable law.
7. Payment Processing
SIGE.chat may use Xendit or other authorized payment partners to process payments, subscriptions, invoices, and related transactions. Payments by customers in Japan may be processed through Stripe by our Japan-based affiliate.
Payment providers may collect and process payment-related information according to their own privacy policies, terms, security standards, and legal obligations. This may include payment method information, transaction references, billing details, payment confirmations, fraud checks, and settlement records.
SIGE.chat does not directly store complete card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment credentials. Payment credentials are handled by authorized payment processors, subject to their applicable terms and security standards.
8. Sharing of Personal Data
We may share personal data only when necessary and appropriate, including with:
- Payment processors such as Xendit or Stripe, or other authorized payment partners.
- Hosting, database, cloud infrastructure, analytics, email, messaging, and support service providers.
- Business users who own or manage the SIGE.chat workspace, chatbot, landing page, or account connected to the inquiry.
- Professional advisers, auditors, accountants, or legal representatives where necessary.
- Government, tax, regulatory, law enforcement, or legal authorities when required by law or valid legal process.
- Service providers that are required to protect the data and use it only for authorized purposes.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide SIGE.chat services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business purposes.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of data, such as account records, billing records, chatbot conversation logs, support messages, security logs, and legally required tax or accounting records.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
These safeguards may include access controls, secure hosting practices, monitoring, internal restrictions, and other appropriate security measures. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
11. Rights of Data Subjects
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and related regulations, data subjects may have the following rights, subject to applicable conditions and limitations:
- The right to be informed about how personal data is collected and processed.
- The right to access personal data held about them.
- The right to object to certain types of processing.
- The right to rectification of inaccurate or outdated personal data.
- The right to erasure or blocking of personal data in appropriate cases.

If you are located outside the Philippines, you may have similar or additional rights under the data protection laws of your country or region, such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation. We will handle verified requests in accordance with the law applicable to you, and nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law grants you.
12. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
SIGE.chat may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, session storage, local storage, logs, and similar technologies for authentication, security, analytics, advertising measurement, service improvement, and user experience.
You may control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if cookies or similar technologies are disabled.

SIGE.chat is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Users should not intentionally submit children’s personal data through the platform unless they have the proper consent, authority, and legal basis to do so.

If you use SIGE.chat from outside the Philippines, you understand that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the Philippines and in other countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have data protection laws different from those of your country.
